Shareholders are invited to attend personally. Shareholders who are unable to attend will not be permitted to appoint proxies to attend in their place.

** The letter should be on the agent's letterhead and should confirm that the agent is providing such services to you and that you hold ThaiBev shares through the agent as at 17:00 hrs. (Singapore Time) on Friday, 12 June 2026.

Please note that the reservation deadline is
13:00 hrs. (Singapore Time) on
Tuesday, 16 June 2026.

Remarks:

1) A shareholder attending the Information Meeting should bring along his/her

- National Registration Identity Card (NRIC) if he/she is Singaporean

- Passport if he/she is a foreigner

2) Shareholders who hold ThaiBev shares through an agent will also be eligible to attend the Information Meeting by requesting a confirmation letter from the agent that the agent is providing such services to the person, and that the person holds ThaiBev shares through the agent as at 17:00 hrs. (Singapore Time) on Friday, 12 June 2026.

By completing and submitting this registration form, a shareholder of Thai Beverage Public Company Limited ("ThaiBev") consents to the collection, use and disclosure of the shareholder's personal data by ThaiBev (or its agents) for the purpose of the processing, administration and/or analysis by ThaiBev (or its agents) of such shareholder's participation in the proceedings of the 2026 Annual Information Meeting (including any adjournment thereof) and the preparation and compilation of the attendance lists, minutes, record of questions and any other documents relating to the 2026 Annual Information Meeting, and in order for ThaiBev (or its agents) to comply with any applicable laws, listing rules, regulations and/or guidelines.
